There are pre-crimped Dupont and Molex wires, just search for them on eBay or Aliexpress.
Buying several hundred (or thousand if you are Noctum) is a great way to spend your time wiring instead of crimping for not much more than just the wires and crimps would cost. You will still want to have the appropriate crimping tools for the oddball case of having to crimp your own connectors.
